Wisconsin native and attorney, Tracey A. Wood is a shareholder with the Madison criminal defense firm of Van Wagner & Wood. Andrez Perez, 50 F. 3d 396 7th cir. (1995). Tracey's most famous trial win to date was in the federal Fort McCoy military vehicle theft case which received national media coverage and even received a nod from Jay Leno on the Tonight Show.

Attorney Tracey Wood is a repeated recipient of the distinguishing Wisconsin Super Lawyers award, and this year named to the Top 25 Women in Law by Super Lawyers. She has repeatedly been named one of a handful of Madison's Best Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Attorney Tracey A. Wood is admitted to the U.S. District Court Eastern District of Wisconsin, U.S. District Court Western District of Wisconsin, and the U.S. Court of Appeals 7th Circuit. Attorney Wood is a member of the American Bar Association, and an attorney in good standing with the Wisconsin State Bar.
