He has consulted with ABC News for a segment for "Day One" in 1995, and has assisted "Prime Time Live" with another story in 1995. He has also been invited to speak to the Georgia General Assembly's House Judiciary Committee on the subject of DUI law. Mr. Head serves on the DWI Journal Editorial Board, the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers Legislative Committee, and the GACDL Watchdog Committee (to monitor proposed changes in Georgia’s breath testing program).
